At The Shack, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards, Screen Protectors, Special Orders, Shipping Costs, etc.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email/phone number].

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 

  4. If a refund is not able to be processed to the original form of payment, an alternate form of refund will be issued (cash or check).

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
